Therapeutic Approach
I am a relational therapist that considers the impact of gender, race, sexual orientation, ableism and the context of culture and society on our challenges. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I use a multi-faceted approach of research based modalities that support and empower trauma recovery such as attachment theory, emotion focused therapy parts work, mindfulness and somatic concepts.
