About Me
As someone who has grown from my own personal adversity and experiences of inequity, I am passionate about clients embracing their true selves and living life aligned with their identity and values.

I am a first generation immigrant from Malaysia, having settled to Canada at the age of three. I am a partner in an interracial marriage, a parent of bi-racial children and an advocate for loved ones with ADHD. Not just a therapist, I’m a trail runner, amateur gardener and lover of dogs and travel!

In addition to counselling, I have 18 years of meaningful experience supporting adults, children, youth and families impacted by conflict, trauma, violence, sexual assault and crisis. It is through this work that I also understand the unique stressors of helping professionals and the loved ones who support them.
